Aamby Valley has a stunning location and impressive infrastructure, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. However, the rooms are outdated and not well-kept, making it hard to justify the high price. The service is hit or miss, with some staff being accommodating while others seem inexperienced. Dining options are limited and not up to par for the cost.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms we stayed in were quite worn out and showed significant signs of neglect. The washroom facilities were particularly disappointing, not meeting the standards expected from a premium property.
Service
5.0
While there were a couple of staff members who tried their best to be helpful, overall the service lacked the polish and attention you would want in a place with these rates. Room service took ages and was poorly arranged.
Location
9.0
The location is stunning with beautiful landscapes, lakes, and well-maintained roads. It's a great place for nature lovers wanting a peaceful getaway.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were ordinary at best, with limited variety and subpar service. I expected more based on the property's reputation.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities are vast and include beautiful scenery and activities, but many were under maintenance during our visit, which was disappointing.

This hotel has a beautiful property but is unfortunately showing signs of neglect. While some of the staff were friendly and the activities were enjoyable, many facilities were closed or poorly maintained, making the experience less worth the high price. Additionally, the dining options were hit or miss with service issues adding to the frustration.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms, while initially attractive, were disappointing with signs of decay and structural issues. They didn't match the images from the booking site.
Service
5.0
Service was slow and often left us waiting. It felt overwhelming, especially during busy times, highlighting a lack of organization.
Location
7.0
The hotel's expansive layout is lovely, but it requires patience to shuttle between attractions, which can be challenging.
Dining
6.0
Dining was quite variable; while some meals like breakfast at Woodpecker were good, others were priced high for mediocre quality.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking, with many attractions closed or not operational during our stay. This significantly affected our overall enjoyment.

My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. While the rooms had a nice view and were close to the restaurant and pool, the service was terrible. There were significant delays in getting transportation, and the dining experience was chaotic with long waits and disorganized service. The picturesque location during monsoon season was overshadowed by the overall lack of hospitality.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a great view and were nicely located near the restaurant and the pool area. However, they were dusty, and I had to call housekeeping for basic needs due to the poor service.
Service
5.0
The service was inattentive and disorganized. It felt as if the staff were not trained properly in hospitality. Long waits for transportation and basic dining needs made the stay frustrating.
Location

The location is beautiful, especially during the monsoon with a lovely natural atmosphere. However, it was difficult to enjoy due to the service issues.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a nightmare with overcrowding and long waits, making it feel more chaotic than enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, but the maintenance and service around them were lacking. It was frustrating having to wait for a buggy just to reach the dining area.

We had a mix of experiences during our stay. The location is beautiful and well-maintained, giving off a European vibe. We appreciated the friendly service from certain staff members during breakfast. However, we had significant issues with the service overall, including long waits for our room and service during busy times. While the amenities were impressive, some were not well-maintained.
Rooms
7.0
We received a complimentary upgrade to a wheelchair-accessible chalet, which was a nice surprise. However, we did notice that some amenities were not properly maintained, like the air conditioning.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff were helpful, particularly during breakfast, but overall, there seemed to be a lack of organization, making it hard to get timely assistance.
Location
9.0
The property is beautifully located, giving a sense of peace surrounded by nature. It's quite expansive, which makes it feel secluded and serene.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was very crowded and disorganized, which detracted from the experience. The food quality was not up to par for a place of this nature.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities offer a great range of activities, but some, like the arcade, could use better upkeep. Go-Karting was a hit with my son, though!

I recently enjoyed my stay at Aamby Valley, and it was an overall unforgettable experience. The place is beautifully maintained, surrounded by luscious greenery that makes you feel like you're in a European getaway. While the stay was mostly splendid, I did face some challenges with the dining service and pricing. Still, the entertainment options and amenities are more than enough to create wonderful memories.
Rooms
8.0
The room we stayed in was clean and beautifully designed, though we did have a small issue with a rat and a monkey stealing some snacks when we were out. Despite that, being close to the Woodpecker restaurant and the swimming pool added to our fun experience.
Service
7.0
Service was generally quite polite and helpful, especially from Jui at the reception. However, they could work on being a bit more guest-centric, as I noticed some delays.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect for a getaway, being somewhat secluded yet offering fantastic recreation facilities. Just know that it might miss out on more vibrant nightlife options.
Dining
6.0
Dining had its highs and lows. While there were great choices available, the service at the restaurants could be improved as it felt understaffed at times.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities, including the swimming pool and water sports activities, were exceptional! They provided a lot of fun options for both adults and kids.
