Aamby Valley has a stunning location and impressive infrastructure, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. However, the rooms are outdated and not well-kept, making it hard to justify the high price. The service is hit or miss, with some staff being accommodating while others seem inexperienced. Dining options are limited and not up to par for the cost.
This hotel has a beautiful property but is unfortunately showing signs of neglect. While some of the staff were friendly and the activities were enjoyable, many facilities were closed or poorly maintained, making the experience less worth the high price. Additionally, the dining options were hit or miss with service issues adding to the frustration.
My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. While the rooms had a nice view and were close to the restaurant and pool, the service was terrible. There were significant delays in getting transportation, and the dining experience was chaotic with long waits and disorganized service. The picturesque location during monsoon season was overshadowed by the overall lack of hospitality.
We had a mix of experiences during our stay. The location is beautiful and well-maintained, giving off a European vibe. We appreciated the friendly service from certain staff members during breakfast. However, we had significant issues with the service overall, including long waits for our room and service during busy times. While the amenities were impressive, some were not well-maintained.
I recently enjoyed my stay at Aamby Valley, and it was an overall unforgettable experience. The place is beautifully maintained, surrounded by luscious greenery that makes you feel like you're in a European getaway. While the stay was mostly splendid, I did face some challenges with the dining service and pricing. Still, the entertainment options and amenities are more than enough to create wonderful memories.
